Several 11th gen intel CPUs based on Tiger Lake silicon are reported to be discontinued by January 2024 and the discontinuation process has already been started this week with a few stages before the CPU reaches its end-of-life status.
Tiger Lake is Intel’s silicon codename for the 11th generation Intel core mobile processors which powered the Intel laptops lineup.
The discontinuation report is based on Intel’s recently issued product change notification (PCN) and under the issue, the first discontinuance step has already begun on 3 April 2023 with the last product shipment planned on 26 January 2024.
The affected lineups are as followed:

According to the lists, Intel hasn’t axed its entire Tiger Lake lineups yet as it affects mainly their H lineups followed by several Bs and one Xeon W.
Among the discontinued H lineups, the i7 11800h is probably the most popular CPU in gaming laptop brands.
The B series Tiger Lake is used mainly to power the Intel NUC lineups excluding the Intel NUC laptop variants which use either the H or Gs.
Bottom line
The Intel 11th gen discontinued notice for Tiger Lake is already to be expected as just a few weeks ago its desktop sibling, Rocket Lake, also reached its discontinuance process.
Tiger Lake processor lineups were first introduced back in September 2020 and have been available in the market for three years and can still be purchased today and are still capable of doing various tasks, however, there will not be any new product with the said CPUs once it reaches its end of life.
